“HOW TO USE THE ANSWER BOARD”Our Answer Board is extremely easy to use. All you have to do to view all postings on the Answer Board is to click on “Tree View” in the left frame, or to view postings within the last day click on "Last Day", or to view messages posted within the last week click on "Last Week". Then click on the link that you are interested in, and you can then view a particular message, post a new message, or reply to an existing message. To view the message only, simply hit the “Back” button when you are finished. To reply to a particular post, first click on the link to the post. Then post your reply in the “Add a Message” box. Enter your user name and e-mail address, or you can post anonymously. (It is a good idea to enter some kind of user name so that an answer can be directed to you specifically). There is no need to enter a password. Then hit “Preview/Post Message”. You will then be able to either post or revise your message. If the message is acceptable, or after revising your message, simply click on “Post Your Message”. To post a new message, first click on any of the main categories. Then click on the “Create New Conversation” button. Type in a subject for the new conversation and then add your message. Enter your user name and e-mail address, or you can post anonymously. (It is a good idea to enter some kind of user name so that an answer can be directed to you specifically). There is no need to enter a password. Then hit “Preview/Post Message”. You will then be able to either post or revise your message. If the message is acceptable, or after revising your message, simply click on “Post Your Message”. Please do not post the same question to more than one category as this may cause confusion and you may not receive a reply. To view all postings, click on “Tree View”. To view only messages posted within the last day, click on “Last Day”. To view only messages posted with the last week, click on “Last Week”. To view only messages posted within a particular time period, click on "New Messages" in the Utilities Section.
