Probably an easy one but just making sure.

I'm submitting the Petition for Alien Relative (I -130), The Application to Adjust Status (I -485) and Employment Authorization (I-765) all at the same time. Do i need to have biographical form G325A for each one of these, for both my wife and I?? getting kindof overwhelmed.
