I'm a US citizen in college. Don't have the required $14,000 income but want to marry a guy from china. Can somebody eles sign support affidavit for me.

Since you are the petitioner, you must sign an Affidavit of Support. However, you can get another person, who earns the necessary amount of money, to also sign an Affidavit as a co-sponsor.
