Hi there:
Dear APS:
I am a green card holder for 7 years and I am trying to apply for the citizenship..My only concern is the civil services registration. I am registered with the civil services and I have the reg. #, but someone has told me that he had signed a form send to him by civil services when he got registerd with civil services. But I haven't signed any form of any sort and sent it back to civil services. Was I suppose to do that??What kind of form could that be..The person who signed that form doesn't know more details about that...Can you help me out here. Is it okay if I just fill the citizenship form & send or I should wait and get in touch with civil services and ask for any kind of forms that I am suppose to sign?

We presume that you are speaking about registration with the Selective Service. As long as you registered, and have a Selective Service registration number, there is nothing further for you to do.
Go ahead and apply for naturalization, and on the question about the Selective Service registration, simply state yes and enter the registration number and the date registered. Good luck.
