Dear immigration help,i am going to move to another location in the same city.
Dear Andrea:
In correspondence with INS (naturalization)i have been using P.O.box as my mailing address.
Do i have to inform INS of my new street address?

For purposes of the N-400 application, it is really not necessary since you are using a PO Box. You can give INS your address at the time of the interview. However, the Immigration laws do require that any non-citizen notify INS of any change of address. Therefore, for that reason, you should send in form AR-11. Good luck.
