Dear "immigration help" thank you for this great site.
Dear Juan:
Good Day,
I would like to know what are the chances of INS questioning at Naturalization interview
the validity of marriage that ended over 20 years ago?Another words do they look the same at the marriage that ended 2 years ago as the one that ended 20 years ago?
Thank you for your answer.
Juan

While INS can question anything having to do with your eligibility for naturalization, it is extremely unlikely that they will look into a marriage that occurred 20 years ago, unless they have some specific information that might have affected your eligibility for permanent residence. Good luck.

Does the immigration officer pull files that you may have had over twenty five years ago.
Is there a statute of limitation on application for permanent resident.
