1) I have 9 months probation for "Driving with Suspended Lincenses"

2) I found guilty of $6,000 Ebay fraud .

3) I have a Honor 3.759 Bachelor Degree .

4) My mom become a citizen when I was UNDER 18 back in 94. Now I am 26.

5) I have been a permanent resident since 1987

6) I don't know anything of my native country. Now I might be deport to a country that I do not know of anybody.

7) Or be deport to Vietnam where they use deportee as slave labor for life. That is where I think I might be going.

8) My green card expire 2013

Am I going to be deport ??
