"E. INDIA CUT-OFF DATE LISTING India is no longer considered to be "oversubscribed", since the cut-off dates listed in the "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed" column apply in all visa categories. Therefore, the India listing has been dropped from the monthly Visa Bulletin."
Is this means India's Visas dates are current?
My wife has V-Visa, I applied for her immigrant visa in January 1998. Do you think I should fill any form in order to get Grean card for her? Please suggest...
Thank you very much in advance.

India's priority dates are now the same as for all of the other countries except Mexico and the Philippines.
She is still not eligible to apply for adjustment of status because her priority date in the family-based 2A category is January 1998, but they are only working on cases with a priority date of May 15, 1997 or before. Good luck.

I am on H1 Visa. I applied for green card in Feb 2003.
My company told me that the situatioin was bad
in connecticut and asked me not to apply in RIR.
For past one year they have applied for me in
NON RIR. Till today i dont see the date moving
for NON RIR. I again talked to my company and asked them to move my papers to RIR. They told me that still the situation is bad and if i change to RIR case my case will be rejected. Now i really dont know what to do. Could anybody kindly
help me in this?.
