How long does it take naturalization process in Kentucky?
Dear Karen:
I-130 form for husband was mailed to wrong service center for processing. need to file I-765 and I-485 forms. do I have to refile and send all forms to same service center. the service center where I-130 is being processed won't transfer I-130 form to correct service center in Dallas, Texas. need help.
can i apply for an i- 765 while i have a 1-130 pending?
