Dear Immigration Help, i applied for Citizenship
Dear Bob:
15 years ago.After few months i moved to another state and recieved information for the interview appointment too late.So i did not go to the interview ,did not contact INS and never applied since then.Now i would like to apply again.Is previous application going to couse any problems?

Assuming there were no problems with your previous application, the mere fact that you filed, but did not pursue, the application will not cause you any problems at this time. Good luck.
