| 101(f) - Bad Moral Character |
|
According to the INA, it defines "good moral character" in the negative. There are several actions within the statute that precludes a finding of "good moral character." These actions range from being a habitual drunk to engaging in Nazi persecutions. Relief from removal may be granted to non-citizens who statutorily maintain their "good moral character" when in the United States. |
