NSC PO Box for Address Changes

The Nebraska Service Center has designated a PO Box to report changes of address. The address is:

INS, Nebraska Service Center,
P.O. Box 87865
Lincoln, NE 68501-7865

Keep in mind that you still have to submit the AR-11 address report form.
