Inspector General Finds Fault in INS Handling of Flight School Applications

The US Inspector General has issued a report finding “widespread failure by many individuals in the INS” in connection with the agency’s botched handling of change of status applications for terrorist hijackers Mohamed Atta and Marwan Alshehhi.
