LIFE Act Deadline is May 31

The deadline for filing late amnesty applications under the LIFE Act is May 31, 2002. 

Applications must be postmarked by that date to be considered timely filed. 

The Immigration Service has indicated that it will extend the filing deadline, but that has not happened yet.  So, as of now, the deadline remains May 31.

The Immigration Service has stated that it will accept applications without the medical forms, which can be submitted later.
