LIFE Legalization Filing Deadline Extended

The Immigration and Naturalization Service has announced that it has sent to the Federal Register a final rule implementing the adjustment of status application procedures under the LIFE Act's "late legalization" provisions.

The rule is expected to be published on June 4, and will extend for one year the LIFE legalization filing deadline.

As soon as the final rule is published, it will be posted to our web site.
