State Department Sets DV-2003 Processing Fee

The US State Department has set a fee of $100.00 per person as a Diversity Visa Lottery surcharge for immigrant visa applications.  Therefore, all persons submitting their applications to the Kentucky Consular Center should also enclose the filing fee for each applicant.
