Supreme Court Decision on Detention of Criminal Aliens

The Court, however, also held that §236(e) does not preclude habeas review of challenges to detention under §236(c).  To view the entire decision in Demore v. Kim, 538 U.S. __ , No. 01-1491, 4/29/03, click here.   Please note: This is a large file and may take a few moments to download.
