New Guidance Memo from BCIS on AC21 and H-1B Extensions

William Yates, BCIS Acting Associate Director For Operations, has issued a memo to the field regarding the H-1B extensions of stay beyond the sixth year, in light of AC21 and the amendments contained in the DOJ Authorization legislation.
