Inspector General Finds "Significant Problems" with Handling of 
Immigration Detainees After 9/11

The Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, has issued its long-awaited report regarding post-9/11 detentions on immigration grounds.  The report finds "significant problems in the way the detainees were handled.”
