USCIS Memo on Sunset of H-1B Training Fee

The US Citizenship & Immigration Services has issued a memo indicating that H-1B petitions filed with the $1000.00 training fee after September 30, 2003 will be returned or, if the fee is in a separate check from the $130.00 filing fee, the $1000.00 check will be returned. Also, a revised I-129W will be required.
