DOL Conversion Regulations Clear OMB

The Department of Labor, Office of Management and Budget, has advised that it has cleared for publication the new Department of Labor proposed regulation allowing employers with pending "traditional" labor certification applications to file Reduction in Recruitment applications while preserving the earlier priority date. It is expected that the proposal will be published in the Federal Register next week.  Following publication, there will be an opportunity for comment before the regulation can be made final. As soon as the proposal is published it will be posted on our web site.
