INS Advises on LIFE Provisions Relating to NACARA and HRIFA

The Immigration and Naturalization Service has issued instructions to the field regarding the LIFE provisions that make section 241(a)(5) inapplicable to NACARA and HRIFA applicants.  The standards for waivers of section 212(a)(9)(A) and (C) for NACARA & HRIFA applicants are also described.
