INS Instructs on LIFE and NACARA or HRIFA for Persons With Final Orders

The Immigration and Naturalization Service has issued instructions on the processing of persons under final orders who were made eligible under LIFE for HRIFA or NACARA section 202 relief, and on deferring action for 60 days against persons eligible to apply under HRIFA as a dependent.
