How to Resolve LCA Faxback Problems

The US Department of Labor has set up a special telephone line to call with respect to problems with the LCA faxback system. The number is: 1-877-872-5627.
You also can continue to e-mail inquiries to LCAFax@doleta.gov.
However, please do not call or e-mail with inquiries about LCAs submitted after the DOL's current processing date for LCAs, or the DOL will ignore your inquiry.
You can keep abreast of the DOL's current processing date on the Department's
web site at http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov.
