"Late
Legalization" Filing Period to Begin June 1

One Year)

The Immigration and Naturalization Service has announced that it expects to publish in the Federal Register an interim regulation governing the "late legalization" filing process on Friday, June 1.
The one-year filing period will begin at that time. In the
meantime, INS has issued a guidance memorandum on the topic. To
