I-130 "Upgrade Request" Sheet for Use at Texas Service Center

The INS Texas Service Center has provided a fax cover sheet to be used when a petitioner has become a US citizen. This form should be used to request that a pending I-130 petition be upgraded to a higher preference category.
Please Note: This form is useable ONLY for the Texas Service Center and not for any other INS office.
