Categories for Immediate Relative of US Citizens

Immediate Relatives are considered to be: (1) Spouse; (2) Minor Children under the age of 21, and (3) Parents of US Citizen who is at least 21 years old.  There are no numerical quotas for immediate relatives, so such relatives do not have to wait for a visa in order to obtain a green card.  Click on the category below to learn more.
